1. Overview This policy applies to any subscription or recurring purchase options available on pawgevity.club. By subscribing to a purchase plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Cancellation by Customer You may cancel your subscription or recurring purchase at any time before the next scheduled order date. To cancel, please contact us at contact@pawgevity.club or call +852 9696 4561 at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

4. Cancellation After Billing If a cancellation request is received after a billing cycle has been processed, the order for that cycle will be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled. Refunds will not be issued for orders already processed, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Modifications to Subscription If you wish to pause, modify the frequency, or change the quantity of your subscription instead of cancelling, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Cancellation by Pawgevity Pawgevity reserves the right to cancel or modify any subscription plan at any time. In such cases, affected customers will be notified via email with reasonable advance notice.
