SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following regions: Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Thailand, Austria, Netherlands, Germany, and New Zealand.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are approximately 14 business days for all destinations. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — please check our website for current promotions.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Pawgevity is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

6. Shipping Partners We fulfill orders through a third-party logistics (3PL) provider using Easyship, which works with a network of global carriers to deliver your order efficiently.

7. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website or Easyship's tracking portal.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@pawgevity.club or call +852 9696 4561 so we can investigate with the carrier.

9. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Pawgevity is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
